Martin is an international top manager in industrial plant business
with professional experience along the entire value chain with special knowledge in
international project management, restructuring and turnaround, mergers & acquisitions,
start-ups, Lean Management and international task settings. He was executive member of the
board and CFO of Siemens Turkey (1 billion € revenue) and Siemens VAI Metals Technologies
Austria (2 billion € revenue). Now he acts as chairman of the board of TGW Logistics Group
(0.5 billion € revenue), as consultant, coach and interim manager. Martin holds a masters
degree in business economics („Diplom-Kaufmann“), lived and worked in Germany, Turkey,

Rudolf is for over 40 years in the electric generation business from
engineering to financing. He worked in senior positions for Westinghouse and Siemens. For

gas-fired to hydro, bio, wind and solar projects. He holds MME (Diplom-Ingenieur) and MBA
Dawn is a management consultant with expertise in project management
and organizational change. She has been developing and implementing complex business solutions
for fast-paced mega projects for almost two decades and has taught courses in project
management. She is also Construction Industry Institute certified in scope development. She
currently works on strategy and business case development while performing environmental scans
for clients. Inspired by experiences working with organizations and mega projects in
transition, Dawn recently graduated with a Masters degree at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France
in change, coaching and consulting in an executive class of 22 nationalities. Dawn is the

Alberto has gained more than 30 years experience as Project Manager in
infrastructure, railways and power plants construction projects. For the last 12 years he has
participated as Contract Manager in claims process, arbitration and negotiation, supporting
big players like: Jacobs, Alstom, Balfour Beatty, ThyssenKrupp and Siemens.
Alberto holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering majoring in Thermo mechanics, and he is also
skilled in applicable legal matters to construction contracts. He speaks Spanish, Italian,
English and Portuguese.

As an accredited FIDIC trainer he regularly undertakes training workshops and advices both employers and contractors in contract and claims management under FIDIC-rules.
