Mark Steinkamp
Mark Steinkamp
Mark is an experienced general manager with international and intercultural competence, well recognized for leading and improving complex organizations and businesses. He has excellent process and operations capabilities for all CFO or COO tasks, focussed on project management of large infrastructure and construction projects (EPC) with strong technical understanding, expert in contract and claims management. He advises both corporations and start-up’s in strategic questions. Mark is also consulting for leadership development, leadership profiling and team development. Originally trained in Finance he holds a Coaching and Consulting for Change Masters from INSEAD, a Mediation certificate and a degree in Adjudication from the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK.
Guenter Menden
Guenter holds a master degree in electrical engineering and worked for more than 40 years in this field worldwide. Based on his early experience in managing major projects in infrastructure and communication intelligence he has as CEO led a number of global businesses in industrial services, airport logistics and infrastructure projects. At last for more than 5 years he worked – initially engaged as the crisis manager for a huge still mill complex and later on as a member of the board of this company- in Brazil. Having lived for almost 20 years in the Middle East and more than 5 years in South America he has extraordinary inter cultural experience.

Narjeet is an Agile and Lean Startup Coach with 10 years of industry experience. He brings his expertise in Product Management for mobile and eCommerce products. He has coached over 15 tech startups in Germany, the US and the UK. He knows how to build empowered international teams and scale them up quickly. Marcus Theil
Marcus has a Master degree in Civil Engineering and is active as Consultant, Expert and trainer, based in Vienna, Austria. His experience comprises projects of different size, among which are major projects in the fields of infrastructure (road, rail, energy and airports), buildings and industrial plants in Europe, Africa and Middle East. He is Member of the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut), the Austrian Society for Construction Law (ÖGeBau) and Country Representative for Austria of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). As an accredited FIDIC trainer he regularly undertakes training workshops and advices both employers and contractors in contract and claims management under FIDIC-rules. Martin is an international top manager in industrial plant business with professional experience along the entire value chain with special knowledge in international project management, restructuring and turnaround, mergers & acquisitions, start-ups, Lean Management and international task settings. For the last 15 years he is consulting for major financial institutions on the commercial and technical aspects of their investments in power generation projects ranging from coal- and gas-fired to hydro, bio, wind and solar projects. He holds MME (Diplom-Ingenieur) and MBA degrees.
Dawn Fiander-McCann
Dawn is a management consultant with expertise in project management and organizational change. She has been developing and implementing complex business solutions for fast-paced mega projects for almost two decades and has taught courses in project management. She is also Construction Industry Institute certified in scope development. She currently works on strategy and business case development while performing environmental scans for clients.
