Oliver Flüg is a very experienced manager with almost 35 years of business experience in national and international project business in various sectors. He is Member of the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut), the Austrian Society for Construction Law (ÖGeBau) and Country Representative for Austria of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). As an accredited FIDIC trainer he regularly undertakes training workshops and advices both employers and contractors in contract and claims management under FIDIC-rules. big players like: Jacobs, Alstom, Balfour Beatty, ThyssenKrupp and Siemens.
Alberto holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering majoring in Thermo mechanics, and he is also
skilled in applicable legal matters to construction contracts. He speaks Spanish, Italian,
English and Portuguese.
Martin is an international top manager in industrial plant business
with professional experience along the entire value chain with special knowledge in
international project management, restructuring and turnaround, mergers & acquisitions,
start-ups, Lean Management and international task settings. He was executive member of the
board and CFO of Siemens Turkey (1 billion € revenue) and Siemens VAI Metals Technologies
